For over 25 years Alice and Ernie has been reaching youth and their families through their AAU Track and Field ministry.  The ministry has reached thousands of inter-city youth and families.  Their impact in this ministry expands into the State of Florida where they manage and host Regional and State Track and Field events.  Their efforts have produced student athletes that have competed on the collegiate level, National Football League (NFL) and more importantly has become good citizens.  Their motto is Philippians 3:14 "I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."  In the efforts to reach youth, they encourage people to volunteer their time to help them make a difference in their community.
